Deliveries and Returns



Orders over £20 qualify for FREE First Class UK postage. The discount automatically applied when the basket reaches over £20 and a UK shipping method is selected.

All in stock items purchased through the website will be dispatched within 3-5 working days (day 1 being the day following your purchase). We dispatch on Tuesdays and Fridays. Custom designs are currently only available on specific days, please see our Facebook page for more information. Should any potential issues arise, we will contact you as soon as possible.

At the checkout process, there are four postage options available for UK orders. We charge a flat rate per order and orders over £20 qualify for FREE First Class P&P.

  • UK First Class Standard Mail: £1.50
  • UK Second Class Standard Mail: £1.25

Please note, whilst the Royal Mail aim to deliver first class items within 1-2 working days, and second class items within 2-3 working days, this can take up to 15 working days in extreme circumstances. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for more information.

International delivery is a flat rate £4.00. Unfortunately if for any reason, an International order has only paid the UK postage rate, we will contact you for the remainder of the postage, or refund the order. If your country is not listed, please contact us.





We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund or an exchange.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are not, won’t be applicable for a full refund, but may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

Custom/bespoke items are non refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace any items that are defective or damaged.

Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer required by the customer. If the reason for the return is our responsibility or the item is faulty then return postage will be paid by us.
